π‘ Router-on-a-Stick: R1 ha 1 interfaccia fisica (Gi0/0) ma 2 sub-interface (.10 e .20), ognuna in una VLAN diversa. Il trunk porta i frame taggati al router che li instrada. Funziona ma il router Γ¨ un bottleneck β per le grandi reti si usa lo Switch L3.
